to continue:
we had a day off and instead of barreling straight to the hotel in scranton, pa, we had our driver stop at a beautiful park with a lake. the boys rented boats and i lay on the dock, watching the dragonflies and soaking up the sun...when i started to burn, i took shelter in the bus and watched old Hammer horror films...
scranton was an interesting little town, lots of model train stores there---
our production manager had a BBQ for the crew at the venue, so we went over there and got our grill on. thank you, joel...
we did a show in upstate new york and it was our last with the Avril lavigne crew. i made friends with her fantastic dancers,
shown here with our own superhero body guard Big Rob. I was out with Big Rob on the Britney tour...
...and there is Hutch, finding his hidden gatorade. I am going to write a movie role for him...
then 3 days off in Baltimore! .
view from my downtown hotel:
the Jonas camp went on to LA to be on a tv show, so the crew stayed in Baltimore, my old neighborhood...
we had a tire blow out on the tour bus on the way to B'more, something that i have never experienced, thank goodness, my driver Doug is an excellent driver, we were thrown forward hard, but no one was hurt...
My Drew flew from his tour (Rod Stewart) to see me for a great 24 hour visit...thank you, baby.
here he eats mussels, at the harbor's edge...
Annie and I got to hang out, she finally met Drew.
here is one of my favortie theaters in charm city, the charles...
next post will be NYC, baby!

This sounds like a very exciting way to spend your summer .... Have a wonderful trip to New York City (my favorite place in the world -- although I've yet to get around much)!

Sorry I left a couple of comments saying basically the same thing -- it seems there might be a new system; and it confused me a bit ....

Looks like great fun! Happy trails!
Glad to hear that you got some decompression time, and that the tire blow-out didn't cause a mishap!
Adventures continue apace, m'dear. So glad you had some royal treatment. You have earned it, Seester. -p
All this news is so good -- that friends meet friends, lakes, a bit of relaxation. If anyone deserves a bit of a break, Seester, it's You!
King came today to stay with us, and he's like having Hagrid at Rabbit's house. He rests his chin on the kitchen table. I brushed him for two hours, and with his double coat, came up with enough fur for 4 small dogs. Anyone knit and want to use fur? It's so peaceful having a dog around again. I breathe deeper.
hugs, sa
Don't be sad for the lack of comments...we're just in awe! am livin' vicarously thru ye and think what you do is outstanding. Keep it up lil sister! Stay safe and mind your health.
What a great time you seem to be having. You make your (busy hectic crazy wonderful) life sound nice and easy but we just know there is SO much going on behind the scenes. Of course you can't talk about much of it (and you certainly don't have the time right now) but it certainly is nice to see you having a nice afternoon by the lakeside.
The blowout sounds scary. I am happy you are okay.
So good that Drew could come and join you, even for such a short time.
Hey! Just found this sweet Kitty! Didn't know you had two seconds to post photos, love them! Wish I was with you...
